This month, we are pleased to announce that Castleton University, Seattle University and Stetson University have each launched a new Online MBA program designed to accommodate working professionals with varying schedules. Castleton University plans to offer its program in an accelerated format, allowing students to complete the program in just one year, while the program at Seattle University is designed for those seeking a slower pace (two-and-a half years).
Stetson University plans to offer an Online MBA with flexible, eight-week terms, than can be completed in two years or less and each school also offers several other unique components that today’s busy working professionals will appreciate.
Let’s begin with Castleton University.
Castleton University, Castleton, Vermont
In addition to an accelerated format, the new Online MBA program at Castleton University offers the opportunity to pursue micro-credentials such as a 12-credit graduate certificate, a 21-credit advanced graduate certificate, or the full 36-credit MBA in four content areas: Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Leading Organizational Change, and Media and Communication.
Offered in flexible, eight-week terms, the program allows students several different points of entry, while providing the opportunity to complete the program at the students chosen pace. This fully online program is currently accepting applications and applicants do not need to complete the GMAT or GRE to gain acceptance.
Seattle University, Seattle, Washington
In addition to flexible scheduling and the opportunity to earn the Online MBA at a slower pace over time, Seattle University’s (Seattle U) program offers four annual starts (fall, winter, spring, and summer), a mobile learning platform, and 10-week quarters. This AACSB accredited program consists of 54 credit hours and just one on-campus retreat, offered quarterly.
Offered through Seattle U’s Albers School of Business and Economics, this AACSB-accredited Online MBA program is accepting applications for Fall 2019 through September 10. Applicants must have a GMAT score of at least 500 or a comparable GRE score, and at least two years of professional work experience.
Stetson University, DeLand, Florida
Besides the opportunity to complete the program in two years (or possibly less), Stetson University’s Online MBA accepts students from all backgrounds. Offered through the AACSB-accredited Stetson School of Business, the program is suitable for professionals with or without a degree in business, those in the workforce looking to advance their careers, anyone interested in changing careers, and aspiring entrepreneurs looking start their own business. The program is 100% online, it offers 8-week sessions, and the GMAT is not a requirement for acceptance. Applications for Fall 2019 are being accepted now.
